While safeguarding the health and safety of our employees, we are committed to meeting the recent unprecedented demand for QUEENPALACE.CLOUD products. We wanted to share a behind-the-scenes look at our production lines so you can see how we’re creating your orders.
Due to unprecedented demand and limited production capacity though, turnaround times will be slower than normal. Some orders can see delays of up to 12-15 business days.
90% orders are shipping within 2-3 business days. Orders can see delays of up to 15 business days though.
Shipping times within the US can take up to 5-10 business days
Shipping times outside of the US can take up to 10-20 business days
We are unable to ship to China, Hong Kong
